We stayed for a family wedding that was in town. The house was conveniently located. And fit all of our out-of-town family in one place. We had a great weekend and it was a good gathering place for all of us to spend time together between different wedding events.

The dead bolt on the front door was missing. The door jamb was damaged felt a little insecure about security. The overall visit was good. Rooms were clean and most expected items were there. Some minor repairs and upgrades could be done. Great neighborhood nice homes and quiet.

The property owners were very responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. The house itself was ok but maybe not in the best area or neighborhood. That said, we felt safe the entire time and there was no issue during our stay. Our issue was just that the house didn’t seem maintained. Almost every doorknob loose, water leaking in garage when shower was run, floor board in bedroom seemed like it was rotted under carpet (I don’t know if it actually but that is what it felt like), window blinds in one bedroom that didn’t cover the window fully…the property owners took a lot of touches as far as providing coffee for use, nicely decorated, etc - but it was the little maintenance type things that were the biggest bother. That said, the house fit our purpose and was spacious enough for our family to stay, clean, etc. and again, the owners were responsive to any questions during our stay.
