"At first I was not happy staying at the Sheraton. The white older gentleman that was working 3/27 around 4pm was very rude. Took my debit card didn’t take time to explain charges per day, didn’t give me food vouchers ( I added breakfast to my stay) and had a hurry up and get out of my face attitude. Even my boyfriend said he wasn’t too friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.. when I went back to the desk hours later the same gentleman was there didn’t even address me and my boyfriend but the lady next to him did with a bright smile. She explained where breakfast was and gave us our vouchers. Tamara was our waitress both days and she is a sweetheart. Very personable and kind. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Please give Tamara a nice raise. For dinner, our waiter was Noah and he’s hilarious. Very upbeat and kind as well.. please give him a raise. Everyone that worked at this hotel was nice and kind except the gentleman that was at the front desk the evening of 3/27/26. He needs to learn how to be kind. I’d stay here again. "

"The room was impeccably clean and comfortable and the hallways were brightly lit and clean. "

"The AC unit in my first room was frozen and not working. I was given a window fan and told to wait until the unit unfroze. Then I was moved to a different room that smelled strongly of curry, but at least the AC worked. "
