- Located in a restored 1921 historic landmark hotel which consists of two buildings, it is home to 38 residences with secured access.
The apartment has large windows, gorgeous hardwood floors, granite countertops, updated fixtures, appliances and a downtown luxury feel! Spacious 800 sq. ft with a quality modern mix of furnishings in a vintage backdrop.
Spacious sleeps two in a queen bed in separate bedroom, ensuite vintage inspired bathroom with a large walk in shower. The two sofas have bolsters that easily remove to each become a full size xl twin.
Other amenities include an ensuite combo washer/dryer, large walk in closet, elevator access, gym, gated and covered parking. For convenience free access is provided to a 3 washer /3 dryer laundry on the first floor.
