Experience the unique character of our downtown studio conveniently located in the heart of Edmond! You'll be walking distance to UCO, 1 mile from the historic and rich Route 66 & Downtown Edmond, and only minutes away from everything that the OKC metro area has to offer. This single family home has a full kitchen, single bath, two bedrooms, and a dedicated workstation. Book your stay and prepare to be amazed by the incredible architectural features built into every corner.

This new construction, single family home was designed to mimic the layout of a studio apartment/loft. The main floor features an eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom, and one bedroom with a full sized bed. Upstairs is the master suit with a queen bed and workspace that overlooks the common area below.
Guest access
Guest will have full access and use of the property 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there is an electronic door lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

The Coolest Studio Ever!
This little studio is stunning! The architecture is just so cool. Industrial cement walls and fixtures combined with the warm, wood, curving ceiling just has to be experienced. I regret that this was probably my last trip to the OKC area so it's not likely I'll have the chance to stay there again—but I'd just about travel there anyway just to spend a weekend in this little studio! Highly recommended!
