Movie Matinee Hideaway

This circa 1970’s condo is upstairs nestled in a tree lined view secluded in back. It has assigned parking (#14) and is just steps away from the dog run area where your pets or kids can get some exercise after a long ride in the car.
Decorated with Vintage southwest charm, it’s roomy and welcoming. The large living area features the “Movie Matinee” theme with a fully functional VHS and DVD player to enjoy a wide selection of classic films. You are welcome to request specific movies or genre’s of films for your enjoyment.
The condo has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room with your choice of coffees, teas and even a light breakfast 🥞 is provided.
There are two bedrooms with large closets and queen size beds fully dressed with bedding and comfy pillows. There is also a full office work space. This room can double as a kids play area for games or to build a fort.

Quite and peaceful

Was amazing very clean, host responded ver quickly and left us a bunch of assorted vhs tapes. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

Awesome response

We had a problem getting the TV to work and I contacted the owner and they sent someone over very quickly to fix the problem. It was a very quiet place. I will rent again.
