Amenities were not stocked, we had to go buy toilet paper, paper towels, only 4 towels, only 4 cups and bowels and plates. no trash bags had to go buy some. Used bars of soap, soap scum around the tub, mouse poop on back of stove. Door would automatically lock when you would open it, we about got locked out do to this. Mouse running across the floor, didn’t see anything about alarm system and it was beeping extremely loud and an adult tried to silence it, took 2 hours for host to send code. We were told not touch thermostat even thou it was smoldering hot. Supposed to take trash out but the trash cans outside were already full. No hair dryer said there was one.
