"It’s a clean resort with a combination of activities and a museum nearby, a lagoon near downtown OKC. I’ve never seen a resort like this one. Staff are very friendly. The parking is very good and the restaurants are good. I think the hotel could use more staff at reception - they have great staff but they seemed overwhelmed; when I was waiting to ask a question - which I tried to do on 3 or 4 occasions - it was not possible because there were always a number of people waiting. Great resort, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking and food were good. I plan to return."

"Room is falling apart and not clean. Balcony is covered with bird poop. Flying cockroach in the room. Staff is nice. Homeless people wandering the parking lot. Cigarettes and trash everywhere and the hotel smells like weed and cigarette smoke. Do not stay here. "
