With 4 bedrooms, the home offers 3 king beds and a queen-over-queen bunk in the fourth room—all with plush memory foam mattresses for a great night’s sleep.

Enjoy the private, fully enclosed backyard—perfect for relaxing or letting kids play freely. Downstairs, the game room features a foosball table for a little friendly competition. 1. NO parties allowed unless I'm invited! But seriously, no parties or gatherings are allowed unless I've given prior written permission.
2. NO smoking is allowed inside or through any open door or window. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoke smell is detected.
3. There will be a $100 late checkout fee every 30 minutes for all late checkouts not previously approved by Verde Rentals LLC.
