Welcome to our cozy alley house tucked right in the heart of Campus Corner! This thoughtfully designed tiny home offers a unique and convenient stay—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a small group. Inside, you’ll find a comfy queen bed, a stylish living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a snug yet full bathroom, and a compact kitchen that has everything you need.

Please note: The bathroom is located inside the bedroom, which makes it extra convenient for those sleeping there. However, if anyone is using the sleeper sofa in the living room, they’ll need to walk through the bedroom to access it. At just 342 square feet, you’ll still have everything you need!

With the University of Oklahoma just steps away, you’ll be surrounded by great shops, diverse dining options, lively bars, and local events. Whether you’re here for game day, a campus visit, or just to explore Norman, this is the perfect home base for your stay!

1. NO parties allowed unless I'm invited! But seriously, no parties or gatherings are allowed unless I've given prior written permission.
2. NO smoking is allowed inside or through any open door or window. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoke smell is detected.
3. There will be a $100 late checkout fee every 30 minutes for all late checkouts not previously approved by Verde Rentals LLC.

Perfect space and location

Perfect location and space for a stay in Norman. Everything you need is in the house and the town and campus are at your feet. I will definitely stay here again when I come to town. Thanks!

Cozy and convenient

Convenient location close to campus and campus corner restaurants and shops. Simple but comfortable. Was able to park right outside. I stayed on a Monday night and it was pretty quiet despite being in a busy spot with lots of student residents. The bed was comfortable, didn't get a chance to use the kitchen. Be aware that the shower is tiny.

quick overnight

We needed last minute stay close to campus for a game weekend one night only. Tiny home was just that, tiny but clean and comfortable for what we needed, just a place to sleep one night and be close to all the action. Bed was comfortable and pull out couch was perfect for sis-in-law we brought with. Shower/bathroom would be the only negative, very small, but worked for what we needed. The proximity to campus corner and stadium can't be beat! Easy hosts to work with and have stayed at another of their properties, the communication and cleanliness of the properties will keep us coming back!

Fit my family’s needs 2 adults and 2 small teenagers for touring the OU campus including the OU football game. Walking distance to food, campus, and merch stores 100% great, also huge economical savings during game day weekend.
