Amazing family home with AC, heated year-round pool, hot tub, game room and more

Just 5 minutes to Lake Hefner, 10 minutes to Downtown OKC, and 20 minutes to the airport. Our amazing retreat can accommodate up to 15 guests (including a baby in the crib). Unwind in the beautiful in-ground heated pool, relax in the 12-person hot tub with built-in bluetooth, savor meals in the outdoor kitchen, play backyard games with the kids, or cozy up by the fire pit with outdoor TV. Amazing memories await!
POOL: The pool is open year-round, but there is an additional charge of $50/day for the duration of your stay if you want the pool heated. You will also need to let me know 48 hours in advance so I can submit a work order to have the heater turned on.
GAME ROOM: Cowboy theme with custom flooring and decor, Mini Split unit for dedicated temperature control, 75" TV and couch for watching the big games, Pool / Ping Pong table / Poker table (w/ cards and chips), Foosball coffee table, Two Arcade consoles with 50+ games, Darts, Wall Art Games (Tic-tac-toe, Checkers, Chess, Backgammon), etc. **OUTDOOR SPACE ** Built-in gas grill, Sink, Wine & Food Fridges, Remote sun / bug shade, Remote 8' fan, Remote, built in heaters, 19-person outdoor dinning table, Lounge setup with couch and chairs around fit pit and TV, 12-person hot tub with built-in bluetooth, Yard games (mini disc golf, corn hole, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4), In-ground heated pool with floaties. ***** HIGHLIGHTS***** 1. I have stayed in numerous Rentals within the last year and Andrew was one of the best with communication and accommodations. The Home is exactly as pictured, but so much more in person. The layout was absolutely perfect and offered privacy when wanted. Enjoying your Morning coffee with the 10-12 Deer that visited daily was a very relaxing way to start off the day. Sitting in the huge hot tub in the evening and watching them come from the woods was another pleasant treat to end the day. The outside covered grilling area was HUGE and very well laid out for any sized group. The home is close to OKC and Edmond, so whatever you desire to do it is literally within a 5-15 minute drive. I will DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m in the area and I promise, you will not be disappointed at all with this Home!
