"Our family loved staying at Okana. The pools were fun, the room was nice and clean and most of the food was good. A few of the staff were not very friendly or helpful but thankfully majority of the rest were. We also did not like how much noise we could hear in our room. "I’m sure the property will be fine once the remodel or change of ownership is complete but as of now this place is actually mediocre at best. The rooms are dimly lit at best. Some of the lights in the room were not even working. There were extension cords throughout the hallway powering what appeared the WIFI routers for the building. You never knew where the front desk was located was it on the property I booked or the property it joined. I will not be using this property in November when I return to the area for the AQHA World Show. "
