"One of the best hotels I’ve visited. The towels smelled fresh, like soap! Clean, spacious, breakfast included. TV and air conditioning as well as amenities like comb, toothbrushes etc. The only thing I would add was a shower curtain just for the water to be kept in the tub to avoid making a mess. The toilet was very modern!"

"Everything was absolutely top-notch—from the location and the building to the condition of the room. The modern design, incredibly high ceilings, and even the garment-care machine provided in each room were all amazing. I was honestly impressed by the level of luxury and attention to detail, especially at such a reasonable price. It was such a wonderful stay that I’m already thinking about coming back to Jeonju next year with my whole family when we visit Korea again. I wish I could give this place 100 stars! "Completely ridiculous. This four-star hotel is very well located, extremely clean, and has all the features you would expect from a four-star property. The hotel itself is great, and I have no complaints about the room or the facilities. The only problem is the 35,000 KRW per person fee to use the pool, plus an additional 15,000 KRW for one umbrella and two chairs. What makes this even more ridiculous is that these fees apply even to hotel guests. You would expect the pool to be included for guests staying at a four-star hotel, or at least offered at a reasonable rate. Charging hotel residents these kinds of fees for access to the pool is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable."
