Best ocean view ever. The hotel is pretty old, but the bath and toilets are renewed. Now ,because of corona you cannot do snorkeling on the beach , and thats a minus.

All rooms are ocean view n clean. Little bit away from some activities, but the hotel has own beach. We enjoyed the stay.

This Hotel is amazing, even though the weather was not so great during my stay. Particularly for the service they provide is top notch. Special thanks to the staff Pravesh. I am being super stupud and left my laptop behind, Pravesh try his best to send it back to me and please review the picture. This shown how much they care about my property. The pacaging is even better than when I brought my laptop new. I will stay in this hotel again in my next visit to Nago

Not much parking close to the hotel, you may have to park in the open chain linked fenced lot across the 4 lane highway. There are two buildings. I went to check in one but was told to go to the other. Unfortunately my son wet the twin bed, but only got the cover and mattress cover wet. We left cover in floor hoping it would be replaced. It was still in the floor when we returned from the day’s excursions. Had to call front desk for new sheet.

Misleading pictures
There were two buildings: Main Tower & East Tower. The Main Tower is very old and not clean at all. Apparently, all the pictures on Expedia are the East Tower showing as Main Tower. My sister had a wedding right beside the hotel and hence we quite a few of our guests living there. The bed sheets were not clean either, we were getting rashes during the first night of stay. The view is nice but that's the only saving grace.

Very nice and clean hotel. Great location directly at the sea with two private beaches. Located directly at the main street, but no audible traffic noise in room. Breakfast and dinner buffet quality good. Dining room not very nice, but breakfast room with nice view on the sea.

Too Beautiful Tour of Okinawa
It was my second trip to Okinawa, but it made me realize why Okinawa is called the Hawaiian of the Orient. Okinawa had a beautiful sea and beach, people were friendly and everything was perfect. Renting a rental car was good because I could look around every corner of the island.

Does not worth the price. The room was old and had terrible odor. Only the restroom is new, view was good. Other than this, it's an old hotel. Will not stay at this hotel next time.

Not value for money to stay in Resonex Nago
The room is spacious but the air conditioner did not function properly. It was really hot inside the room and when I asked for an electric fan from the front desk, the staff said he could adjust for me and it was alright for only the first day! There is no water sports activities provided and it is a waste to reside in a hotel next to a beautiful beach but can't enjoy any water activities! The beach next to the hotel is really beautiful! Besides it is inconvenience to enjoy the hot spring bath in the bext block even though it only costs ¥500! Parking next to the east block is all the time full and need to park the car far away from the hotel!

It's a fine hotel for a family stay and people who are keen on traditional Japanese breakfast. But there is no WiFi in the room. If you have to be in an "online" mode 24/7, you should think twice.

Room-- good size but old; Bed-- pillows lumpy and uncomfortable; Dining choices-- poor, only one restaurant open in hotel and ramen shop across street was full of mosquitoes; Food quality-- decent but same breakfast selections every day; Location-- only one local bus an hour, so need car; Beach-- this is the main reason I stayed here because the view is beautiful, but no swimming before 9 am, no swimming outside nets, no snorkeling inside nets (so no snorkeling unless you pay for a tour). If you break any of these rules you are harassed until you leave the water. Worst of all, school groups rent the facilities for the day and take over the beach, so you can't use it! Absolutely ridiculous that I couldn't use the beach while staying there; Overall-- there is nothing special about Nago or this hotel, only stay here if you have a car and plan to visit the aquarium. Resonex Naha is very nice but Resonex Nago isn't anywhere near as nice.

the hotel is close to city of Nago, just 15 mins drive to the relatively busy street. The room itself is quite comfortable and spacious however, the hotel did not provide in room wifi, which is quite inconvenient for a tourist.

Beautiful Ocean View
The view was fantastic and the room was a perfect size with all of the amenities. Wifi was only available downstairs in the lobby. The room was very humid and it didn't seem like the air conditioning was working which made it very difficult to sleep. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

We had a party of 5 people. They gave us 5 full sized beds. Came with a decent kitchenette and a small balcony with the ocean view. Nothing exquisite but enough so I wasn't worried about cleanliness or quality.
