Last minute change and I was able to find this place reasonably priced. I was skeptical at first but I loved the place. Only down side was no bathroom on the 2nd floor but that’s not a big deal. Spacious and everything we needed. I even found a nice place to eat down the street. Would stay here again!

チェックイン時に、事前にエアコンは稼働していたのでスタッフが準備していたかと思いますが、他の口コミにもあるとおり清掃が不十分でした。エアコンや、カーテンレールのホコリ、若干のカビ臭さは目をつぶるとして床に砂が散乱しており 自分たちで掃除機をかけようにも掃除用具は無く、キッチン完備なのに洗い用のスポンジも無く シャンプーやトイレットペーパーも補充されてないことが判明し結局 ②回も管理スタッフを呼び出すこととなりました。
ま た、前泊者の宿泊カードも回収されておらず個人情報の観点からもなんだかなぁという印象でした。
二度手間になるので、きちんとチェック体制を構築するべきかと思います。
また、③部屋あるにも関わらず 冷蔵庫が一人暮らし用の2ドアタイプ、洗濯機と無駄に広いウォークインクローゼットはありますが除湿機などもなく 全く乾かず外に干し場も無いので乾燥機の設置がマストと感じます。全体的に、使い勝手の配慮に今ひとつ欠けてます。もう少し工夫があれば改善できるだけに残念。
良い点としては こちらの宿に宿泊される方は、まず車での来訪になるかと思います。駐車台数は2台となっていますが施設の敷地は余裕があるため、宿泊者一人ずつが車で来ても5-6台は余裕で駐車できそうです。

エアコンのほこりがひどくオンにするとかなりの量ホコリが舞いました。
あえていうなら、キッチンバサミがもう少し切れたり、同じ食器が4個以上あったりするもなおさらよかったです。
しかし、全体としてはとてもよかったです。

お部屋は清潔感があり、家族で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
ただ、寒かったためエアコンを使用したところ、家族全員が目の痒みやくしゃみを感じました。確認すると、エアコンのフィルターにかなり埃が溜まっていたのが原因だと思われます。
それ以外はとても快適だったので、エアコンのフィルター清掃がきちんとされていれば、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

南国ならではの虫が出ますので、それが出ても落ち着いて対処できる方なら大丈夫だと思います。
それ以外は、きれいで、ゆっくり滞在、海にも近いで、大満足でした。

未就学児が無料なのが良い！
騒ぐことがあるので、ホテルより気を遣わなくて良い。
広い。
ハンガーがあるか分からなかったので持っていったが、たくさんあった。ウォークインクローゼットがあって、窓もあったのでそこに干した。
カラトリーはなく、お皿はたくさんあった。
新品のダスターと、スポンジ、洗剤があった。
洗濯洗剤もあった。
事前にあることがわからなかったので、用意して行ってしまったので、事前に知りたかった。

在瀨底島上的安靜住宿，空間很大，外面停車的地方很空曠小孩可以奔跑，這次連住兩天，整體很滿意，不過有洗衣機沒有烘衣機有點可惜，也剛好發現沒有洗衣粉。
另外廚具的部分，建議可以更新，有使用痕跡 清潔度似乎沒有很好，對於會買東西會來煮有點擔心。

清潔で冷房も整いすごしやすかったのですが、洗濯機はあるのに、外に干す設備がないこと、乾燥機がないことが不便でした。また、お皿はあるのですが、お箸やフォーク、スプーンなどのカトラリーがありません。コロな感染対策かもしれませんが、不便に感じました。まだ新しい施設なので、ナビでもGoogleでも検索でヒットせず、瀬底小学校を目指して建物の外観で見つけるしかありません。詳細のルートを事前にお知らせいただけたら良かったです。
上記以外はとても満足できるので、せめて洗濯物を乾かすことができれば再度ステイしたいと思います。
