The room was very nice. We were under the impression that there would be a common pool as Expedia listed pool under “things to do”. If you are looking for a pool you have to upgrade your room to the suites with a private pool. When figuring out what else to do since we couldn’t access the pool, one of the staff, I believe the chef or sue chef helped us find nice beaches and showed us how to book ferries to visit other islands. He was extremely helpful and spoke English very well.

スタッフの接客が全体的にイマイチ。 慣れてないのかな？と思うくらい話す時緊張しているのが伝わってきた。 夜ご飯の食器も下げられることなく朝食が来るまでそのまま。普通取りに来るのでは？ 場所もGoogleマップで調べると全然違う所に辿り着き問い合せたところ、Googleマップの住所では着かないと。直すべきでは？ 部屋はまあまあ綺麗でした。 ただ窓の水垢やシャワーの水垢などちょこちょこ汚く、もっと清掃に力を入れた方がいいと思いました。部屋に着くまでの廊下もクーラーがついておらず暑かったです。 1番いいお部屋を取らせてもらいご飯も付けたのでまあまあいいお値段したのにその接客か。とガッカリしました。もう泊まることはないです。
