何点か難あり
この度はありがとうございました。
家族８人で利用しました。
忖度なしに話すと、
まず埃臭く掃除機が無いため掃除が出来ず息苦しかったです。虫が多い為なかなか換気もできませんでした。
次に真ん中の子供部屋に前の人の女の人の下着がベットにありました。これはかなり不愉快な気持ちになりました。
なかなか広いので完璧には難しいでしょうが結果論前の人の下着が残ってるのは掃除をしていないに直結してしまう気持ちに成りかねないため残念でした。
次にフライパンがかなり汚かった。これも前の人の使い終わりのこべりついた汚れがそのままで洗いましたがフライパン自体安物なのか全く取れず安物のフライパンだろうと感じました。さすがにちゃんとしたのを用意し、綺麗にはしてて欲しかったです。
なかなか使い回す施設なので難しいでしょうが前の人の生活感が多少感じたので最悪でした。
次にプールが付いていると書いていたが付いてませんでした。問い合わせしてもなかなか返ってこずラリーも続かない為残念です。
無いものは書くべきでは無いですね。
次に真っ暗な大自然の中に建っているヴィラなのに洗濯機が外の建物と建物の間にあり尚、真っ暗で何も見えない為かなり不便でした。しかもヴィラで人数が入る見込みがあるヴィラに対してのあの小さな洗濯機はあんまり良くないなと感じました。しかも4回回して2回止まりました。
次に最後ですがチェックイン、チェックアウトの説明書きが全くなく、不安でしかありませんでした。ヴィラは初めてで流れも分からず。
問い合わせしても全く連絡なく、飛行機で遠方から家族８人で泊まる為事前精算で予約して最悪入れないのかな？騙されたのか？とか色々考えさせられる旅でした。半年くらい前から予約したのにチェックインの連絡は半年後の飛行機が沖縄に着いてからチェックインの連絡が来ました。上の挙げた点は大まか我慢できますがチェックインの件だけは家族全員を危険に招いてしまう事案になりかねない為、かなり不安に陥り、最悪違う宿を探していました。
ヴィラという気軽な体制、裏腹にこのような連絡が取れない、不安をすぐに解消出来ない体制は改めた方がいいなと思います。安くはないお金を払ってはいる為思いました。
でも、色々ありましたが
ヴィラは広くてかなり感動はしました。
ありがとうございました。
また利用したいです。
