"The property was nice and well located. Overall the property was good . We did have a few issues. Our first night, we only had freezing cold water. Showers were not fun. After the first night, the water was warm and we didn’t have any other issues with it. Our other difficulty was when we went to reception and asked for more toilet paper and didn’t receive it. We had to go several times over several hours before we were able to get some.
Overall this is a good hotel, but had a few issues."
"The staff was very helpful, the location is perfect, it has good amenities for shared use, check in and check out were seamless. The rooms are small, there's no tv. It's definitely a low budget and you get what you pay for."
"A very clean room and Hotel with secure underground parking.
Friendly and multilingual reception staff to aid check-in & check-out.
No Tea/Coffee/fridge facilities in room but otherwise ideal."
"The hotel is okay. Rooms are very small. Definitely not luxurious in any way. Not a fan of the European way of putting glass in front of the toilet so anyone in the room looks into that area. We set the room it's cold over to see it could go and it was still warm. A friend is staying in another unit said they are air conditioning was freezing cold so something must have been wrong with ours. Did not realize that the included breakfast men walk into a restaurant across the road. Very limited...
"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. I had to leave early so wasn’t able too enjoy the breakfast. I appreciated that there was a shuttle to and from the airport. It would have been nicer to be let off at the front door of the hotel because I had a lot of luggage. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. At the airport the driver went and got a luggage cart for me to use. So very thoughtful when he saw me struggling to drag my crate."
