Beautiful 2/2 townhome across from world class Lake Okeechobee Bass fishing !
Beautiful remodel townhouse located in the kings bay community available . Community pool, tennis courts and board walk that leads to the community pavilion . This unit overlooks the community lake . No pets, events , parties or smoking of the premises. Quiet hours 8pm-7am. Service animals have to be pre approved with the proper documentation per the communities HOA. If you plan on brining your ADA dog please reach out to me before booking . No companion service animals are permitted.
