"The staff were very friendly and let me park my bike in front of the hotel for free. The lobby was full of interesting furniture and instruments so it had a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately my room smelled like a barn. I live in a house with tatami so I am used to the smell of tatami, but the smell in this room was overpowering. The toilet was noisy for a long time after a flush because water pressure for the room was low and it took a long time to refill the tank. The sink was also only giving a trickle. The onsen facility was well kept though. "

"A beautiful hotel located very close to the harbour gate entrance to the park. Our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet, although a little pricey was great with so many choices and cuisine types. My only complaint would be that the parking is far away and the parking shuttle bus is not super convenient, especially if you have luggage or small children."
