This was more of a stopover during our trip so we didn't really explore the area - It was just for the night and we totally enjoyed our rest here.

There was some noise when other people take showers or use toilet or some noise from boilers Except that noise, others are good

Great value for an overnight stay
The 5 year old hotel is about 30 minutes driving time from Saga and the rate is cheaper here. It is a wonderful hotel for an overnight stay on our way back to Kumamoto to return our rental car.

The service staffs are very polite and helpful.One of them even recommended us where to have our dinner and place of interest.

Good hotel
Good for self drive. Service is good and warm. Room is small and no restaurant around.

Thank you for your stay. Our hotel is close to the airport and parking is free. Other guests are also satisfied with the warm and friendly service. There is no dinner restaurant, however we could tell you about nearby restaurants and Japanese pub. So please feel free to ask the front staff.

Night in Okawa, Japan
The staff are very friendly and speak English well. On arrival, they welcomed me very kindly. When I checked out, the assistant manager and I chatted, and he showed me a shortcut to the bus stop. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, including local specialties of Kyushu. The dining room had nice tables and chairs and drapes. It was very relaxing.

make you feel comfortable, very nice have automatic machine free for the hot coffee & ice or hot green tea 24hrs.

スマートなサービスでよかったです
チェックインまで時間があり、荷物の預かりをお願いしたところ快諾いただき、夕方戻ったときには部屋まで運び入れておいてくださいました。 とても対応やサービスはスマートで何も問題なく快適に過ごせました。夕食も特典つきのお店を紹介していただき、よく流行ったおいしい焼き鳥屋さんでした。 朝食はシンプルなサービスでしたが、私は十分でした。 主人はできればゆで卵があればよかったなぁとつぶやいてました。 宿泊翌日はあいにくの天気でしたが、柳川下りにも近く朝一番の乗船にも十分間に合いました。下船後には人気のうなぎのせいろ蒸しを堪能し、いい思い出になりました。
あいにくの雨でしたが、笠とかっぱを借りて乗船。これはこれで情緒があってよかった、です
朝食はこんな感じ。 パンはこのほかに、トースト、ミニクロワッサンもありました。
柳川下りのあとの昼食。 一番人気の「若松屋」さんのせいろ蒸し。
せっかくだから、と北原白秋の生家にも足をのばしました。

スタッフの方、みなさん心よく対応してくださりとても気持ちの良い滞在でした。 インキーしてしまった際にはこちらが悪いにも関わらず素早く丁寧な対応で「おやすみなさいませ」と一言くださり、申し訳ない気持ちで一杯でしたが気持ちが軽くなりました。 出発の時にはこちらがタクシーをお願いしたところ快く対応くださり、呼んでいただいた後も案内と見送りまでしてくださいました！ ご迷惑にお仕事を増やしてしまいましたがとても丁寧で優しい対応は素晴らしです！！ 施設内は自動販売機や各階の有料コインランドリーがありました。レストランもありましたがコロナ禍でしまっていました。 とても綺麗で清掃も行き届いていてとても良かったです。

東よか干潟（有明海）野鳥観察の宿として利用
バードウォッチングに東よか干潟（公園）に午前中（満潮時）に行くために宿泊。現地まで朝だと車で約20分と近く、駅前でもないので部屋も割と広め。周辺の夜の飲食店のバラエティーは多くは無い。

鍵が昔ながらの鍵＋部屋番プレートになっていて、毎回フロントに預けなければならないのが少し面倒です。 フロントの対応は、なかなか良かったです。
