Perfectly suitable for a short stay. We had a great night stay there.

Beautiful rooms and communal areas. The lobby and courtyard are beautifully decorated. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. AC/heater was easy to use, as well as the spa bath. Really happy with our stay here, was well worth the value for money and would recommended staying here again.

Clean well equipped room.

Great staff, clean room with view of runway, brilliant breakfast (included). The only down side was that the rooms air was very dry.

This property looks more like an apartment complex than a hotel because it is, partly, an apartment complex. It doesn't have a hotel lobby or bar or restaurant. It does have a laundry room, which is something I would really like to see in most hotels. The hotel's name is essentially its address, and that can be confusing when trying to explain to some of the locals where you are staying, but that's not a big thing. My wife and I stayed there for a few days and found the bed comfortable and the room clean and well maintained. The shower was strong with plenty of hot water, and we had a small fridge, a microwave, and a kitchen sink with glasses and plates. This hotel is not located in the CBD, but it's a short bus ride to the central business district, and the bus stops are within a block of the hotel. (Christchurch has a nice public bus system that we used to go downtown and even get out to the airport.) There are several restaurants and other businesses along Lincoln within a couple blocks of the hotel.
