"This property is the perfect get away to beautiful Costa Rica. The location of the hotel and the views are amazing. The staff were tremendously helpful, courteous and a joy to be around. Unfortunately, it suffers from some issues that the owner cannot solve - there are no electrical outlets in the very small bathrooms, hot water does not reach one of the bathrooms causing daily cold showers, and cellular service at this location is poor.
