"The place is cozy. The hotel is a bit neglected, and the rooms could use some renovation. The worst part is the service (except for one guy who was very helpful; the other two girls there are friendly, but then charge you for various things they didn't tell you about beforehand). "Staff asked if I had any complaints. I usually ALWAYS have a least one thing to complain about. But, with this place I really couldn't think of one thing that I didn't like. I took me a good 2 minutes to come up with at least one thing that I didn't like. And, that was their chocolate cake. So, out of everything if the only thing I won't like about my stay is the chocolate cake... then I am really staying at a 5 star. Also, this hotel is SUPER CLEAN and you can smell how could it is before you even enter the hotel. "
