This spacious Penthouse apartment over looking the swimming pool has excellent facilities. Offers wonderful panoramic views of the sea and mountains This is a great size accommodation perfect for a family holiday and golf getaway.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated and well equipped to the highest standard, with a large sunny terrace with Al Fresco dining. It has a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, laundry room and spacious living, dining room with TV.

The master bedroom has a luxury ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom is twin with a family bathroom which has a walk-in shower. Safe deposit box. Two swimming pools set in semi-tropical lush garden areas with sun beds and parasols. This is a secure area with underground garage parking space with lift access, outdoor parking places and electric security shutters to all windows and patio doors. Fast unlimited Wi-Fi.

It has fantastic on site facilities which includes FREE unlimited use of a superb 9-hole, par 3 course designed by Manuel Piñero, which is fun and challenging all in one. Tennis and Padel Courts, Table Tennis Courts, Petanca and well equipped Gym.

The El Soto de Marbella resort has an excellent Clubhouse only a short walk away. It has a highly rated restaurant and bar (child friendly) with a lovely terrace overlooking the lake.

It is located in a privileged natural area between Marbella and Ojên offering stunning views towards the Sierra Nevada Mountains, the Mediterranean Sea, the Rock of Gibraltar and the African coast. There are miles of sandy beaches just 8 minutes drive away. There are a further five golf courses within a few minutes drive of La Mairena. La Cala Golf Resort has three courses, and Santa Maria and Greenlife Golf Clubs are in nearby Elviria. Walking and mountain biking are popular, with many easily accessible trails from the village.

Overall well appointed and clean although needing some updating. The towels need replacing and the iron had a UK plug on it and waste bin liners should have been supplied
