"- Hot tub was under construction - we were not informed of this... so it was very disappointing. - This hotel is undergoing construction beside building 53... stay in building 52! - Security at resort was lacking BIG time! Not one guard around even on beach area where locals came down side stairs off property to sell 'coconuts' - Don't stay here on Sundays... the resort seemed shutdown no restaurants were available to feed us (unless reservations were set)... - Hotel booked our airport transfer with THE WORST driver every! He went 90 in a 65! And we were very scared. - Good news though L'Azure was wonderful for our Gluten allergy traveler - Loved having a washer and dryer in room. - Loved the plant-life and felt like such a White Lotus resort. Over all we had a blast BUT it"

"Staff was very helpful, room was clean and the food taste amazing. Although Expedia list a hot tub there was none, and be aware that there is no late night snacks or room service. Other than that hotel was great, the pictures make it seem a bit larger than it actually is, but overall our stay was lovely and we would recommend this place as well as go back!"

"The rooms were a good size and the facilities themselves were nice. The staff in the calabash restaurant were kind and welcoming and the staff up early in the morning cleaning the pool were friendly. Nice location at a reasonable cost. Beach was clean and well maintained as were the public areas. Shame that the kids pool was in the shade most of the afternoon and you couldn’t use the main pool as it is adults only. Also, we had a bit of a bug problem in our kitchen area. Small cockroach like bugs were present as soon as we arrived. Didn’t cause too much of an issue but was a bit gross and unexpected."

"It was more than enough for what we needed. The staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. It’s in a great location. There is an elevator which is fantastic. The only issue I found was the lack of shelves in the shower for toiletries - there is only one tiny shelf to hold your stuff. Overall, I’d recommend butterfly beach hotel!"

"The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I love the fact that every room had a balcony. I chose the oceanfront view with the jacuzzi I must say the view was spectacular. The only thing was my jacuzzi was out of order other than that I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to go back."
