Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

"Actually we booked for two nights one night three persons & next night two because me spent night in mountain Fuji hut But owner said check out & come back 3pm again for next day, not possible in my absence for my wife & son So I cancelled 2nd day, room also very old & damp possibly mold inside"

"We decided to treat ourselves for 1 night and it was just what we were looking for. Great experience sleeping right in front of Fuji, in a super well equipped and maintained “tent”.
