Ohlone Dog Park Tours and Activities

The room was disgusting and not cleaned from prior guest and the staff, after reporting it did not care. I requested a different room, and even though many were available, they refused to accommodate. I then request that a refund to cancel my stay, and they also refused, despite not having a clean room for me. Stains and hair were everywhere and garbage all over the room.

I want to start by saying, after trying to check in they made me wait 40 mins because they didn’t have any clean rooms, and then they told me they don’t have managers available on weekends, I noticed a lot of amenities were broken bathroom mirror light was broken, tel plugs broken, elevator broken no ice machines near, this place is going down I wasn’t satisfied at all.
