Great spacious apartment with views of Lake Taupo. Clean comfortable beds. Staff/owner friendly and helpful. Well appointed little kitchenette, air-conditioning in the living area, none in bedrooms so we were afraid it might be cold, but electric blankets provided, which with the super warm bedding, were not really required for our 1°c overnight temperature. Also, be aware that 2nd level apartments have stairs access only. I would definitely stay here again.
