Stay at the Corey Cabin

The Cabin was as advertised in a good location to where my group was having dinner. We had a nice stay overnight while enjoying the quietness of the area and the hot tub. Would recommend for a future stay.

Fun Stay for Rafting Trip

Cabin is close to the OhioPyle town for rafting, and was easy to find and comfortable for our group. Hot tub and grill were great amenities to have after a day of rafting.

Great little getaway

Nice relaxing stay for a whitewater rafting trip with coworkers. The house has space to relax indoors and out that was clean and comfortable for our group.

Family Christmas vacation/holiday

Beautiful house & property!! Decorated for Christmas & perfect for our family holiday. Plenty of fun activities, including hot tub, air hockey, plenty of tv's, games & close to parks & such. We had a great vacation & hope to come back in the summer.

Corey cabin

We enjoyed second stay at Corey Cabin. Its a great location near Ohiopyle and nearby wineries and Christmas store and restaurants. Corey cabin is spacious and beautiful. Hottub great. Loved it. Floors creek when walking upstairs. Downstairs had new flooring from last year which was nice. Overall no major issues and i recommend it!

Ohiopyle Rental

This was a great place to spend the weekend with my family. We came to the area for my family to do some skiing a short drive north in Seven Springs. The setting was great and there was plenty of room for our party of 7. The game room was great for downtime in the evenings and we definitely played our fair share of air hockey! The hot tub was a great way to relax and sooth the muscles and joints after a day of skiing. The only issue we really had was a water pipe breaking, but after a few communication issues, the staff was quick to come out and fix the issue. We definitely will be staying with Ohiopyle Vacation Rentals the next time we come to Ohiopyle for our adventures.

Awesome House!

We had a blast at Corey Cabin! Perfectly nestled in the quiet hills of Pa, and such a fun house for adults and children alike to enjoy. Lots of space, super cozy, great appliances, and lots of information about the surrounding towns can be found in the home.We did run into some minor issues with the house such as a slow toilet and low water levels in the hot tub, but we notified the hosts immediately and they were very quick to offer sending out a technician to remediate the concerns. Some things to note- turn the door handles UP before trying to lock the doors, and there really aren’t many nearby grocery stores so I’m glad we brought enough with us to keep us from needing to run out. The neighboring town is dry so locals recommended we pop into Goodwin’s as they offer some on-the-go options from their coolers. Seven Springs Ski resort is about 45 minutes away so it’s a little bit of a drive- but a very pretty ride :)An incredible home overall and we would love to return to Cory Cabin the next time we come out to ski !

Don’t slam the doors

Big comfortable place but several small issues: oven was not clean, refrigerator had no shelves and the freezer door was wonky, downstairs bathroom door is broken in half, other doorknobs about to fall off, hot tub is satisfactory but not in perfect condition and seems to have a leak. Be aware that the upper floors are very squeaky and someone walking is very loud. The garage light came on randomly and we could not turn it off Beds were very comfortable and AC worked well. Finally, it took all 4 of us to figure out how the downstairs shower worked!

At the center of it all…

The house is humongous, very clean and a great space To spread out. We did a girls weekend filled with adventures at the local waterfalls and downtown Ohiopyle, as well as a bunch of little craft Projects that we were able to comfortably do because of the large space.. The only couple of things that would had improved the stay was the doors going out onto the main porch. We’re not very easy to open and seemed to need new doorhandles. The one doorhandle kept falling out and we had to keep putting it back together. We would just use the other door, but that one you had to give it’s a pretty hard pole to get it open. Also, with the hot tub, it was perfectly sized, the only thing I would ask would be that the owner fix the lights that are actually right outside of the hot tub attached to the house, that way you could still have your privacy without the big porch light on and being so intrusive that the whole neighborhood if they drove by, could see you in the tub …and you don’t have to be in the total dark by just using the hot tub lights. Overall, it was a great day. We would definitely consider using this space again. Thank you.!

Girl Friend Gathering.

Four high school friends gather twice a year to enjoy rhe destination and all it offers to vacationers. We also carve out down time to catch up, enjoy good food, hike and play games. This house and location were perfect for our needs. Thank you for a fun place to gather.
