"The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff .
The staff was fantastic , helpful kind .
The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down.
But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could.

"2nd stay. From the outside you might avoid it— cinder block construction. The rooms however are VERY nice and clean.
Staff is great and friendly. Our shower door wouldn’t stay closed. It was fixed on a Saturday. I think most hotels would jus t leave it forever but not here. Fixed.
Would recommend for anyone going to Mid-Ohio. Great place."
