"We booked this room to escape the New Years Eve fireworks with our dogs - and it was perfect! The hotel was completely soundproof, and very easy to get to from the highway, with lots of parking. The room was very comfortable, and not cramped at all. The mattress was one of the best hotel mattresses we have slept on, with comfortable pillows as well (and extra pillow options at the front desk too!). We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was very good (amazing goat cheese crostini), so that was a super bonus. All around, it was a perfect choice for what we needed."
"Do not book to stay here! The room was absolutely filthy, it clearly hadn’t been checked before we were put in there.
We stayed for a few hours and then left as it was disgusting and we didn’t feel comfortable to stay until checkout, we actually got ready in the car park as that was cleaner.
There was dead bugs everywhere, dust and dirt on the floor and even the toilet roll was covered in dirt. We took pictures and reached out to expedia for a refund, however the manager at the hotel is refusing to provide any sort of money back for this awful stay. Book somewhere else. "
"The staff were kind and helpful. The location is okay, a walkable distance to the historic city center.
The water and heating were poor: Water temperature varied constantly in the shower. The fan was noisy and we had to keep a window open for cool, fresh air. No fridge.
I would not recommend it for couples or for a long stay."
"The hotel is an amazing example of using space wisely, however you can only access the hot tub with a spa session which is misleading considering it’s listed as an amenity on Hotels.com. There was also no staff at the front desk when we arrived so our illegally parked car was stressful while we waited 10 minutes for someone to check us in and let us know what the parking options were with the hotel. Room decor was very hip and the place had a great vibe."
