Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

Close to train station, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. and walkable to Imperial Palace. We were early, and was able to store bags there safely while we went around the first day. Room was comfortable and fit a family of five.
