A charming vintage cottage by the sea

Nestled in on a lovely lot with stone walls and lovely foliage just a 3 minute walk to the magical Marginal Way. This immaculate, whimsical cottage will grab your heart. Centrally located and walking distance between Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Beach. Hardwood floors throughout, stone fireplace and a wonderful large screened in porch for dining, conversation, reading and napping. Downstairs features a cozy living room open to dining area and large fully equipped kitchen with center island. Double dutch door to a side porch and private yard adds to the charm. Large bedroom has single twin bed w/ pull out trundle perfect and fun for kids, plus full bath with a walk-in shower. 2 large charming bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen sized bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus a full bath with a skylight window. A/C window units throughout for customized comfort. Walk to shops, restaurants and all of the attractions along Shore Road and Perkins Cove. Wi-fi, cable TV and DVD player.

Good access to activities

Property is easily accessible to Marginal Way , restaurants and shops. Interior of beach house is a bit tired, but nothing that a trip to a Home Goods Store could not fix! Enclosed porch could be wonderful with furniture that is more comfortable and updated. We did have a great time in spite of a few shortcomings.
