Wow, what can I say! This has to be the most beautiful and elegant boutique hotel I have ever stayed at. On entering, the foyer is small but beautifully decorated and the staff make you feel very welcome. Check in was quick and efficient and we were shown to our room by a kind gentleman. The room, a superior double, was stunning. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. The room looked onto the street and it was wonderful to hear the horse and carriage trotting by every so often. The bathroom had all the amenities you would need. The bottle of wine and amaretto was a lovely touch. The breakfast is out of this world! We ate numerous times at the renowned Fiorentina restaurant which is part of the hotel. The food and service were impeccable. Krakow is a beautiful city and Balthazar hotel was just the best place to stay to enjoy everything krakow has to offer. We had a very early return flight and we were given a wonderful breakfast box away with us which was delicious. Thank you so much Balthazar hotel for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back next year. This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging taxi's, giving us tips and advice. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel
