Welcome to Casa Luigi , the most spacious of the two apartments in Casa dei Fratelli , a project born from the love of two German brothers for Lake Maggiore and for the small village of Barbè, in Oggebbio.
The apartment, recently renovated with a modern and minimal style, offers about 30 m² perfectly organized to accommodate up to 3 people.
The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed, while the third guest can use a practical foldable armchair bed.
The strong point is the long private balcony, from which you can relax while admiring Lake Maggiore immersed in the tranquility of the village.
For maximum convenience, a private parking space is also available, located right next to the house, a real added value in the area.

Number of guests

Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation is allowed.
Additional guests are not allowed without prior authorization.

Silence
The house is located in a quiet residential village.
We ask you to respect the neighborhood by avoiding excessive noise, especially between 22:00 and 8:00.
Festivities and events

Parties, events, or loud music are not allowed.
It is forbidden to organize meetings that may disturb neighbors.

Smoking ban

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
It is possible to smoke only outside, using an ashtray.

Animals
Pets are allowed only if they are expressly authorized before booking.
Home Care
We ask you to treat the apartment with the same care that you would give to your home.
Any damage must be reported promptly.
Separate waste collection
We ask you to carry out separate waste collection following the instructions in the apartment.
Parking
Casa Luigi has a private parking space. We ask you to use only the allocated space.
Before departure
Before checking out, we kindly ask you to:

turn off lights, air conditioning and small appliances;
close doors and windows;
leave the kitchen in a tidy condition;
deposit the waste in the appropriate containers, if possible.
