Welcome to Casa Antonio , the second apartment in the Casa dei Fratelli project, born from the desire of two German brothers to bring new life back to an old house in the characteristic village of Barbè, on the hills of Lake Maggiore.
Welcoming, bright and recently renovated, Casa Antonio is perfect for couples, small families or those who want to spend a few days immersed in peace.
The apartment has a double bed and can accommodate up to 2 people thanks to a comfortable armchair bed.
Its real strength is the private garden, a private space where you can have breakfast, read a book or simply relax surrounded by greenery.
Although it does not have a lake view, it offers all the authentic atmosphere of the village and an extremely quiet environment.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and preserve the tranquility of the village, we ask you to respect these simple rules.
Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 17:00
Check-out: before 10:00 a.m .

Number of guests

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people .
Additional guests are not allowed without prior authorization.

Silence
Casa Antonio is located in a small residential village.
We ask you to respect the neighborhood by avoiding excessive noise, especially between 22:00 and 8:00.
Festivities and events

Parties, events, or loud music are not allowed.
It is forbidden to organize meetings that may disturb neighbors.

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
It is possible to smoke only outside, using an ashtray.

Animals
Pets are allowed only with prior authorization.
Home Care
We ask you to treat the apartment with respect and attention.
Should damage or inconvenience occur, we ask you to inform us promptly.
Separate waste collection
We invite you to respect the instructions for separate waste collection inside the apartment.
Parking
Casa Antonio does not have a private parking space .
You can use the public car parks available nearby, following the instructions we will provide you before your arrival.
Before departure
Before checking out, we kindly ask you to:

Turn off lights, heating/air conditioning and small appliances;
close doors and windows;
leave the kitchen tidy;
place the waste in the appropriate containers, if possible.
