"Check in was easy. Maintenance arrived on time to move some furniture. They also made sure the back patio was swept clean for the dinner. It was wonderful to be able to set up and stay on site, and then leave it for the honeymooners after the wedding. The only thing we couldn't find was dishwasher soap. Otherwise, perfect for our needs."

"This host was very accommodating and communicated in a fast manner. There was not too many things that were within a walking distance but close to a bus route. With a car, there are groceries and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was partially stocked which is always appreciated. I felt I had privacy and safe. Very sweet host, grateful for the stay."

"Right at the base of the foothills in a quiet neighborhood, this basement apartment was spacious for my family of 4. There was a lot of natural light despite being a lower level apartment, a full kitchen, living room, bathroom with a shower, a bedroom and two additional trundle beds near the fold out couch in the living room. "The property is nice. It gives a historic feel to a remodeled unit. Unfortunately, there was still some evidence of the remodeling. There was dust and even large pieces of sawdust in the bedroom drawers. I was told I would get check out instructions, which never happened. We notified the management of a broken door handle to a closet, they were very responsive and timely. I would stay there again even with the minor inconveniences."

"Cute property and good value for the cost. Was in town for a few days for my daughter’s graduation. We accidentally locked ourselves out and the property manager Nick was amazing with helping us get back in. Cute little book in the living room With information about the property and the area that really helped out. Do not park in the driveway it’s small and it will scrape the bottom of your vehicle. Our rental van almost got stuck."
