"he hotel staff were genuinely friendly, with the manager going above and beyond to assist. However, the overall condition of the hotel and its amenities left much to be desired. The bathroom was far from satisfactory, riddled with unsightly cracks and dark spots that made it quite uncomfortable to use. An unexpected encounter with a rat in my room was particularly unsettling, and the non-functional electrical outlets in the room posed a significant inconvenience.
