"The hotel itself was very clean and modern. The staff was somewhat helpful but not very friendly. The walls are so thin that we could hear our neighbours snoring as if they were in the room with us. And don’t be fooled by the pictures, even though the gondola runs above the hotel, it is not a ski in/ski out hotel. You have to walk 500-750 m to get to the lifts on very icy roads. And everything is extra, from using the fridge in the room, to the breakfast buffet and the hot tub. "

"Really nice spacious room, friendly staff and a wonderful evening meal. Parking is a short walk away in a secure underground car park, if you have a super low slung car best to leave it in the open car park up top as the ramp is quite steep. Very welcoming staff"

"Stayed here during our trip to Bormio when biking stelvio pass. The hotel was really beautiful and clean. However, our room was 24 degrees, and we were incredibly hot and unable to adjust the thermostat. I asked the front desk to adjust it, but it did not make a difference. Overall, the hotel was in a convenient location with parking onsite, and the room was quiet and clean."

"Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück. - Check-in: klar Ungenügend, da Pässe und ID Karten zurückgehalten wurden („geht schon mal aufs Zimmer, wir machen das in der Zwischenzeit“ - was natürlich nicht gemacht war als wir wieder runter kamen und lieber ein „Schwatz“ gehalten wurde). Service geht anders. Ist auch nicht Risikofrei. - Die Betten würde ich so definieren: nächster Härtegrad der Matratzen = Betonboden. An angenehmem Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Ein absolutes No Go für ein Hotel...
