"Diese FeWo hat den Blick eher auf den Wirtschaftshof, was uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Dort war allerdings nicht viel Bewegung, so dass es ruhig und erholsam war. Das Objekt hat noch 2 weitere FeWos, die einen schönen Blick auf Weinberg und Umgebung bieten. Ansonsten liegt das Objekt schön und ist ein perfekter Standort für Wandertouren und Ausflüge. "I am asked to write a review of, probably, one of the finest hotels in Strasbourg. It was clear that when I arrived, I would enjoy an outstanding restaurant, wonderful staff, at an excellent location, with great amenities etc. The ideal place to celebrate the birthday of my sister, which is why I came. The problem is to get there. Why does Expedia never ask about this? My flight from Miami was via Lisbon. I tried to use free airport Wifi since my French sim-card did not work. To enjoy the wait for internet access a little bit, I ordered a half-bottle of excellent yet inexpensive Portuguese wine. I got access only after the bottle was finished... Then the train to Strasbourg. One stop before, they found a suspicious item and had everyone evacuate the train. By the time I got an e-mail (in French!) how to contact customer service since the train would not move on, I was already in a taxi to meet my sister in time for dinner... So, the hotel is great, but travel in Europe is not what it used to be."

"We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the housekeeping service was a major disappointment. Upon check-in, we explicitly requested daily room cleaning and fresh towels for our entire stay. However, during 2 out of the 3 nights, our room was completely ignored—no clean towels and no service at all. When we raised the issue after the first day, the front desk claimed it wasn't noted in their system. To their credit, they apologized and compensated us with 4 complimentary drink vouchers, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened after the second day. Once again, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we spoke to the staff, they used the exact same excuse—that it wasn't recorded in the system. This time, however, no compensation or real solution was offered. It’s a shame because the hotel has great potential, but basic communication and housekeeping consistency definitely need improvement."

"The hotel was perfect and in the most prime location. A quick walk from the train station and quick walk to all the sites. The streets and canal views are just breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Strasbourg."

"Street the hotel is on seems a bit sketchy, but the hotel inside is very nice. Hard to access by car because officially the road seems to be no cars (although cars drive/park on it anyways). Parkade they recommend is a close and easy 10 min walk or so. Hotel does not have AC, but they use geothermal cooling or something which definitely helped us beat the heat during the European heat wave. The staff offered a fan, and brought it up quickly when we accepted. Comfortable room, great location, would return."
