Family Vacation

We spent 10 days in Europe between France and Germany. The location here is a nice central spot to take day trips. Evenings we sat outside and enjoyed the outdoor space. Well worth the visit. Would come back again.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, von dort haben wir Tripsdrill besucht, den Wildpark und auch noch ein tolles Erlebnisbad. Alles war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen

Heel net en schoon. Alles aanwezig wat je maar kon wensen in een huis. Aardige verhuurders. Alleen zou het misschien ook goed zijn om te melden dat de appartement onder de grond ligt. Enigste nadeel ervan was je moest een trap op als je in de tuin wou zitten. Verder niks te melden.

Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung war für unseren Aufenthalt das Richtige. Leider sind die Matratze sehr sehr sehr weich und wir hatten keinen erholsamen Schlaf. Dennoch ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Wir sind mit ein und freijährigen Kindern unterwegs gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gräumig mit separatem (Kinder)Schlafzimmer. Daher ideal für unseren Anspruch. Ausstattung sehr gut, inkl. Kinderstühlchen. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Moderne Souterrain-Wohnung mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Mit einem Doppelzimmer und einem Einzelzimmer ist die Wohnung ideal für zwei Personen oder eine kleine Familie. Bad und Wohnung sind modern ausgestattet; in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen gibt es Fernseher. Für schöne und warme Tage steht zum Garten hin eine eigene Terrasse zur Verfügung. Das Kloster MaIulbronn ist gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen; auch sonst gibt es in Ötisheim und Umgebung gute Möglichkeiten zum Radfahren und Wandern. Der Bahnhof liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Wohnung. ITrotz der Nähe zur Bahnstrecke stört der Bahnverkehr nicht. Wegen der Souterrrain-Lage bleibt es besonders in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad recht dunkel, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Kurzurlaub gelungen

Wir haben uns soweit sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Pelz war bei der Übergabe und auch beim Abschied super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren als Gäste für drei Nächte in der Wohnung untergebracht und konnten somit nicht die Terrasse nutzen. Einziges Manko was wir hatten, waren die zu weichen Betten. Ansonsten waren wir mit Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Schöner Urlaub in Ötisheim

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung im Kellergeschoß. Der Ort ist gut um Ausflüge nach Karlsruhe, Ludwigsburg und Stuttgart zu unternehmen. Nicht mal 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof entfernt. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich! Der Urlaub hat uns viel Spaß gemacht! Zum wandern auch gut geeignet!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, hat aber leider nur sehr wenig Tageslicht. Die Lage ist aber sehr schön, da am Ortsrand gelegen. Alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt ist ausreichend vorhanden.

Ideale Lage für Ausflüge mit Bahn und PKW

Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl trotz heissen Sommers. Fernsehen neben Wohn- auch in beiden Schlafzimmern, so kann jeder schauen was er möchte. Dank 9 Euro Ticket sind Ausflüge nach Karlsruhe, Ludwigsburg und Stuttgart mit der Bahn viel bequemer als mit dem Auto. Mit dem Auto ist aber Tripsdrill und Rust oder andere Parks in Schwaben und im Schwarzwald einfacher zu erreichen. Zu Fuss sind Spaziergänge in die Altstadt oder zum Barfusspfad zu empfehlen.
