"The roof top apartment high above the town and beaches did not disappoint. We were thrilled with our all too short visit but the spectacular sunset was everything we hoped to see. The night sky and the stunning morning views also were lovely. The morning walk just over to the cliffside board walk was the perfect way to start the morning. "Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was pretty basic, kitchenette although no tea cups, no air con, small shower and shower head was broken it dribbled water constantly so we had to leave a towel to stop the sound. The hotel is based in an extremely quiet area so if you’re looking for nightlife or a tourist area this is not the place for you! We stayed for 3 nights which in this particular area was enough. "La struttura è elegante, ma ha un grosso problema: due ascensori minuscoli, uno non funzionante, l'altro per entrarci bisogna fare il tetris, se si ha una valigia grande si entra uno alla volta. Avevamo un appartamento al 5 piano ed una sera non ha funzionato l'unico utile. Il bagno era davvero mal organizzato , il lavandino appiccicato alla porta e gli asciugamani posti su una inutile scaletta, impedivano l'uso del bidet. Ho dovuto metterla nella doccia. Bastava un porta asciugamani da parete....

"A really nice rural accommodation, but we didn’t get offered sheets and pillow covers. Not sure if this was a mistake or the norm, but it was the same for both units that we rented. The apartment was really clean, and looked to have everything you might need for a longer stay. This property is linked to a holiday park, which is a 10 minute walk away. "This property is peerless. We didn’t golf but the pool and spa were just flat amazing. I have never seen such a variety of cutting edge technology in a pool area. Indoor pool is warm with two hot tubs with a huge variety of jet options. There is a bucket deluge, special showers with light shows and jets, steam, sauna and beautiful finishes and furnishings. The staff is attentive and accommodating from the valet to the wait and housekeeping staff. The management is in contact to make sure you are happy and the grounds are stunning. The beach access on property was closed due to erosion but a short drive had parking and a secluded, cliffside beach that was amazing. We drive into Nazare and the nearby town for incredible meals but I’m sure the onsite restaurants are also great. The breakfast buffet was first class with everything you would want plus sparkling wine! I have been to top properties around the world but this place is special. We will be back!"
