A huge thank you to the charming staff member who picked me up at the airport when my flight was delayed & I couldn’t get a taxi. Over and above the call of duty! The room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was excellent- I can highly recommend this hotel

We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely.
