Convenient first floor entrance in secure eclectic Renecance 1890 building that have100 years old huge ailanthus and poplar trees in big and secure courtyard conveniently located close 10 minutes walk to beach of Otrada, 5 minutes walk to Central Train Station, 10 minutes walk to Central Food Market Privoz and 20 minutes walk to the Center, Opera House, main street of Deribasovskaya and Primorsky Bulvard.

Conveniently close across the road bus and trolley bus stops to the Center and to the Tairova, Cheremushki and Kotovskogo districts.
