Luxurious house for luxury guests. The total area of the apartment is 200 m2. A family or a company of 1-8 people rest comfortably. Located in Arcadia, in the resort area of Odessa.
A beautiful plot, a variety of plants, a cool pool for the summer. A recreation area with a gazebo and comfortable furniture, as well as a barbecue. There is a place for 2x cars.
Ground floor: large living room + dining room with open kitchen and bar counter, household appliances (refrigerator, washer-dryer, oven, gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, food processor. 2 luxurious bedrooms one of them has a piano. Also + bathroom.) there is also a plasma TV and air conditioning in the lobby. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with exclusive furnishings and air conditioning. And what about a house without a jacuzzi.
Free WIFI connection.
Bed linen and towels are included. Possibility to rent pool towels, tablecloths and napkins. 100% cotton.
Possibility of cleaning during the stay (for a fee).
Pets are allowed on request.
