В шаговой доступности весь исторический центр города и морское побережье с пляжами, кафе, рестораны, театр оперы, кинотеатры, ж\д вокзал . В квартире 2 комнаты, одна из них проходная , есть две двух спальных кровати и маленький диванчик, интернет, кондиционер, свое отопление, Кухня , ванная комната совмещена с туалетом.
