Disliked: Staff & service

Ringe service og behandling.

Meget ringe service og behandling. Ved booking stod der at morgenmad kunne tilkøbes. Da vi ankom om aftenen spurgte vi kunne nå at købe morgenmad og svaret var ja, hvis vi blot mobilpay'et 150 kr for 2 personer. Til vores store skuffelse, bestod morgenmaden af indkøbte Kohberg boller serveret i indpakning. Det kunne vi selv have købt, og ønskede ikke at sætte tænderne i det. Men selvom vi ikke havde rørt morgenmaden kunne vi ikke få vores penge tilbage tiltrods for at ejerne af stedet ikke havde mistet noget på det. Vi valgte istedet at køre til bageren og fik både frisk morgenmad, drikkelse og frokost sandwich til de samme penge. Vi er helt paf' over den behandling som vi har fået, og råder ikke folk til at overnatte der, hvis I ønsker et godt ophold.
