Very, very thin walls - you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. Very dated place, cupboards, electrical & furniture need replacing as they are quite disgusting, pretty dirty through wear & tear over the years. Staff great, but only so much they can do. Road to place dreadful, ideally suited to a 4x4 vehicle, not an ordinary rental car.

Apres avoir attendu 2h à l'accueil, il s'avère que ce n'était pas la bonne adresse. Aucune indication sauf un téléphonej mais personne ne répondait.

Nous avons aimé ce lieu insolite à l’écart de Vila nova. Notre logement était très agréable avec sa terrasse au bord du fleuve où cohabitent poissons et crabes. De la piscine qui surplombe le parc, on observe le mouvement des marées de l’océan. Un vrai havre de paix où Sarah nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Excelente experiência. Localização perfeita, conforto e simpatia. Falhas no Wifi e acessos em más condições. Necessita alguma atenção aos equipamentos exteriores degradados. Preço muito acima da média para as condições Gerais que oferece. Merece a pena pela excelente localização, mas requer melhoramentos.

Les indications pour s’y rendre très difficile. On nous dirige aune adresse qui n’existe pas. Après validation à un restaurant, on nous indique l’emplacement. Arrivée pour ce faire confirmer que nous sommes à la bonne place mais que la réception de notre chambre est à une autre adresse environ 4 min en auto. Arrivée à la deuxième adresse, ok c’est la réception. On nous fait faire remplir toute l’info, alors qu’au autres hôtels c’est le personnel qui s’en occupe. Finalement on se fait dire que notre chambre est à. 10 minutes d’auto plus loin.......

Stayed in February. Location is beautifull, 10 min away from city center. Shower of 1st room was not working hot water of 2nd room ends fast and then you have to wait at leaet one hour for more hot water. If had stayed at a warmer time would have given 5*

Dringend renovieren!

Schöne Lage am Rio Mira, aber teilweise auch Blick auf verfallene (Fischerei?) - Gebäude und häßlich betonierte Teiche. Insgesamt ist die Anlage dringendst renovierungsbedürftig. Die Bilder auf der Internetseite zeigen in keinster Weise den aktuellen Zustand. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war abgewohnt, veraltet und in der Küche absolut indiskutabel. Das Beste war die vollkommene Ruhe und die Veränderung der Flußlandschaft bei Ebbe und Flut. Die holländische Vermieterin und das Personal waren allerdings sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Maisonnette dans la petite résidence près du fleuve. Très calme et magnifique vue Personnel adorable et à nos petits soins même si un peu loin car situé à l'hôtel en ville Le logement était propre et bien tenu mais un vétuste et mériterait un relooking Piscine sympa et aucune surcharge de touristes

Det var en härlig vistelse. Vacker fantastisk utsikt från den stora välmöblerade balkongen. Poolen var ren och fin också där en fantastisk utsikt över floden. Mycket trevlig personal. Perfekt boende för avkoppling. Sängarna var bra. Köket har det man behöver.

Peaceful and quiet hotel on the estuary.

We had a great stay, fabulous views, and large comfortable room. The lady that looked after us was charming and the breakfast was delicious. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked.for more.

Mooi uitzicht op rivier vanuit groene tuin

Leuk rond zwembad met fantastisch uitzicht. Lekker rustig en erg behulpzaam personeel. Toch maar 10 mins rijden van Vila Nova de Milfontes.

Joli appartement mais...

Très bien situé, à l'écart de Villa Nova (environ 10 min de voiture dont 5 min de piste). La piscine est propre avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière. Très joli appartement avec cuisine fonctionnelle. La climatisation fuit et inonde le salon.
