  • The Cozy Cottage is a charming and unique three bedroom home with a wrap around screened porch and two outdoor showers. Centrally located but tucked off the main road, it is easy walking or biking distance to many of the shops and restaurants.

    3 bedrooms: 2 with queens and a full bath with tiled shower in the main house and a detached barn with two built in bunk beds and a full bath with shower.

    Amenities include a complimentary wireless internet, two Smart TVs, and mini split central heating/AC. Kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, and standard coffee maker. Washer and Dryer.

    Exterior offers two screened porches, a screened deck off the barn, two outdoor showers, gas grill, fish cleaning bench, and picnic table.

    Sheets and towels provided.

    No smoking/vaping allowed. No pets allowed.

    Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking.

    Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
