CV7A: North Point A

This second floor villa offers a spacious living area with big screen TV, DVD, newly renovated full kitchen with bar and table seating, screened porch with a limited view of the harbor, wireless internet access, and washer/dryer access. The bedroom has a King Bed, TV, DVD, screened porch access, and a full bath with a newly tiled walk-in shower.

Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with a sauna.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with North Point B which offers an additional Queen bed and Twin Sleeper Love Seat, bathroom offering tub with shower, kitchenette, and would offer a combined total occupancy of 5 people, including children.
